Ingredients

Glutathione
Glutathione (250mg) is a powerful antoxidant used as an inhibitor of melanin. It is a proven safe effective whitening ingredient when taken on a regular basis.

L-cysteine
半胱氨酸(50mg) is an amino acid which is a precursor of antioxidant glutathione. Having optimum levels of cysteine can stimulate the body to produce its own glutathione.

钙抗坏血酸盐
Calcium ascorbate (100mg) is the “non-acidic and non-sodium” form of Vitamin C. It is also known to promote oral absorption of glutathione by the body without the side effects of regular Vitamin C.

Dosage

I take 1 capsule in the morning after breakfast and 1 capsule before going to bed.

Review

Packaging– It comes in 10 individually wrapped sachets in 1 box. The sachet packet both has a pro and a con. Pro – it’s handy for travel as you can just grab a pack and go. Cons – It’s not-so eco friendly.

Thoughts– Isn’t it ironic that during the first years of gluta in the Philippines it’s known as an anti-oxident and its side effects is skin lightening. Nowadays, it’s more popular as a “skin whitening” supplement that’s also an anti-oxidant. Haha! Wala lang, na-share ko lang. On to my thoughts.

I mentioned this as one of my favorites becauseit works super fast. You basically take 500mg of glutathione per day and their formulation seems to be absorbed by the body more efficiently compared to other brands. The lightness it gives is also the “rosy healthy” kind and not the “chalk pale” type. How fast? You can seechanges in your skin complexion within a monthwith regular intake.

Besides the skin lightening effects of the supplement, it also has other benefits; I feel more well-rested and have better sleep when I take this before going to bed. I notice less occurrence of cystic acne especially on red days. Dati I get 3-4 around my nose and chin area. Ngayon 1 na lang! Also my stress levels felt lower than usual. Wow!
